Pangu 9 Troubleshooting – How to fix common errors with Pangu 9 Jailbreak

Some users have been reporting that they have not been able to complete the process successfully, because the process has failed at several times. Before you jailbreak your device, you should disable Passcode or Touch ID and Find my iPhone option, otherwise, the mechanism will not work properly and sometimes it will be the reason to fail the process. If you are getting an error message during the process that ‘Errot at 45% – Error occurred in preparing the environment, error code (0A)”, then probably it will show when you take encrypted backups of your idevice using iTunes.

Mysterious ‘Boot Loop of death’ aka BLoD issue

You need to reset your device to factory settings and restore it from iTunes backup. You will need take the unencrypted backup of your device using iTunes. If you have already taken the backup, then disable it.

Now put your device in DFU mode and then iTunes will inform you that the device is recovery mode. Click ‘Restore iPhone….’ to restore your device to iOS 9.0.2. While process is going on, set it up as a new iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Do not restore it through the backup at this point.

Download Pangu jailbreak app and jailbreak your device.

Before open cydia, disable turn off Airplane mode and connect your device to the internet. Now open the cydia. Do not click the Home button. After open the cydia, your device will restart again. Now install the latest version of cydia.

Now turn off it by clicking the Power button and then swiping on the ‘Slide to power off’. Turn if on again. Now restore your data from iTunes backup.

Cydia app not showing up after jailbreak

If you are unable to find the cydia app after jailbreaking, then open the Photos app and run Pangu app again and wait for a moment.

‘Disk is almost full’ Warning

If you see this warning message during the process, you can avoid it, because Pangu writes some important files in the system partition by leading this warning message and if cydia is installed, it will disappear automatically.
